Implementing a new technology or a new system is not complete unless it is well aligned to function within your existing business processes and aimed to enhance them as you plan to take your company into the next stage in its development cycle. We look at the implementation of new system as an opportunity to reevaluate and enhance existing business processes by utilizing from the tools that are provided as part of the new system. In order to achieve this goal we propose to team up with key managers and employees to identify the critical processes that need to be either enhanced or created.
